Minister of Housing: Next Monday.. Beginning to deliver the outstanding housing plots in the 70 neighborhood in the new Malawi City

Dr. Asim Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Facilities and Urban Communities, stated that the development apparatus of the New Malawi City, will start on Monday 8/1/2024, until Thursday 21/3/2024, in the delivery of outstanding housing plots in the neighborhood 70 (first local) in the New Malawi Town, announced by the online reservation system, on 28/6/2020.

Engineer Walid Abdulrahman, the head of the two new Malawi and Fashion City Administration, clarified that the plots of land will be delivered numbers (41-42-43-44-46-47-48-49-50-51-52-53-54-55-5556-57-58 79 – 86 – 88 – 89 – 93 – 95 – 96 – 97 – 98 – 99 – 100 – 101), during the period from 8/1/2024: 22/1/2024, indicating that the pieces will be delivered numbers (102 – 103 – 104 – 105 – 106 – 107 – 108 – 128 – 129 – 130 – 132 – 133 – 134 – 139 – 184 – 185 – 186 – 187 – 188 – 189 – 190), during the period from Tuesday 23/1/2024: Thursday 8/2/2024.
Engineer Walid Abdulrahman added that the land will be cut in numbers (1-3-5-7-8-11-12-13-14-17-19-20-21-22-114-115-117-118-118-119120 – 121 – 161 – 163 – 199 – 200 – 201 – 202 – 203 – 204), during the period from 11/2/2024 to 26/2/2024.

The head of the unit indicated that the land plots would be delivered numbers (39-40-4562-63-68-69-70-72-7475-109-116140-141-142-143-144146-147 148 – 149 – 150 – 151 – 152 – 153 – 154 – 155 – 156 – 157 – 158 – 160 – 169 – 170 – 171 – 172 – 175 – 176 – 179 – 180 – 191 – 192 – 193 – 194 – 195 – 196–197–198), during the period from 27/2/2024: 13/3/2024, and the days from 17: Thursday, 21 March 2024, have been allocated for those who defaulted to receive.
