Payment of 20% + (1% administrative expenses, 0.5% for the benefit of the Board of Trustees) of the total unit price is being completed within one month from the date of the end of the manual public lottery, 10% of the total unit cost upon receipt, and payment of The unit price (70%) remains on equal quarterly installments for (3, 5 or 7 years) with interest on the debtors balance, equal to the advertised interest rate at the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of withdrawal, plus 2% according to the instructions of the Ministry of Finance + 0.5% collection costs, the first installment is due after 3 Months from the date of receipt of the unit with instalment deferred checks prior to receipt and payment of the maintenance deposit, the family (husband, wife and children of the mansion) is not entitled to apply to reserve more than one unit, and the procedures are completed according to the rules applied in this regard.
