أعلن المهندس أحمد إبراهيم أنور، رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة سفنكس الجديدة، أنه سيتم يوم الأحد الموافق 24/3/2024، إجراء القرعة العلنية اليدوية لتسكين العملاء الحاصلين على شهادات صادرة من لجنة استرداد أراضي الدولة، والمعتمدة من مجلس الوزراء، والذين تم الانتهاء من توفيق أوضاعهم، وقاموا بسداد الدفعات المقدمة وطبقاً للمخطط المعتمد بمساحة 257 فدانا ضمن القطاع الثاني بالمدينة، وذلك وفقاً لشرائح المساحات المعتمدة بالمخطط بعد خصم نسبة الطرق وطبقاً للقواعد المعمول بها.
وأوضح أنه يمكن الاطلاع على كافة الطلبات وشرائح المساحات وجداول فئات القرعة العلنية بمقر جهاز المدينة، الكائن بالكيلو 55 طريق… More
