#Advanced_control_systems company based in Egypt is now hiring the following position:
#Service_Automation_EngineerResponsibilities:-
– Manage and schedule service visits
– Prepare the service requests with needed tools and devices
– Monitor the installed automation systems and low current systems and evaluate its performance
– Participate in network troubleshooting and performance optimization
– Test and debug network systems to ensure optimal performance and security
– Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
– Enhance the system with new updates and installing additional devices
– Report the service visits and current systems statues
– Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and user guides
– Conduct research on emerging network technologies and trends
– Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:-
– B.Sc. in Electrical, Communication, Mechatronics or Electronics
#Engineering– Strong knowledge in network
#عمارة and different topologies such as TCP/IP, and routing concepts besides hardware implementation
– Experience with network monitoring tools and software, such as Wireshark
– CCNA R&S or equivalent is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, IP telephony, Alarm, Sound systems …etc.)
