We are looking for a talented and dedicated Facility Engineer to join our team across various sites. 📍

Position: Facility EngineerLocation: All Sites
Department: Operations
🤝 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement the design of plants, offices, and production lines.Ensure buildings meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
Research and evaluate production/processing equipment for purchase.Manage office systems, including IT and office equipment.
Advise on energy efficiency.Oversee services like cleaning, waste disposal, and parking.
Determine project feasibility and provide relevant reports to management.Manage budgets and keep records of payments.
Conduct periodic inspections of work in progress.Discuss plans and schedules with contractors and resolve project-related issues.
Maintain records of project progress and other pertinent factors.Manage refurbishment, renovations, office moves, and general upkeep.
Negotiate the best deals with contractors and suppliers.Ensure site security.
Participate in Emergency First Aid and HSE meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.
🌟 Required Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of engineering principles and practices related to facilities engineering.
Familiarity with standards, codes, and regulations for project maintenance.Knowledge of modern design, installation, and maintenance techniques.
Ability to develop and use contracts, estimates, and specifications.Awareness of cost elements in construction and maintenance.
Knowledge of building processes, tools, materials, and their application.Proficiency in inspection and investigation techniques.
Skilled in using engineering instruments and tools.
📑 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
