Job Description:

-Selection of all electrical components for new products and testing them to make sure they achieve the required specs.
– Develop and modify existing or new products in alignment with the product families.
– Analyze research data and proposed product specifications to determine product feasibility Proposal.
– Create and Ensure BOM validity and availability.
– Study and plan for new projects (feasibility study, financial offers, technical offer).
– Coordination with lightship to provide clients with tests related to electrical parameters & components.
– Review the design plan to produce acceptable products.
– Review all the outputs of the departments before being ready for issuing through document control dep.
– Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.
– Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with other business units.
– Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
– Support Manager / Director to hire and develop R&D personnel.
– Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
– Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process into and out of the
company.
– Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
– Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.
– Monitor team objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
– Document all phases of research and development.
– Manage customer relationships and, Customer Visits and Product Testing.
– Investigate new technologies and novelties.
– Make sure all present lists of certificates and tests are available for each existing and new

Requirements :

– Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering.
– 1 to 3 years of experience in lighting field.
– Good communication skills & Proficiency in English.
– Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
– Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
