Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Engineer located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for supplier evaluation, creating purchase orders, and managing the commercial offers and technical offers match between suppliers quotation and Production requirements. The role also requires strong analytical skills, effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and attention to detail in managing procurement activities.
Qualifications
Experience in Supplier Evaluation, Purchase Orders, and RFQ (Request for Quotation) management
1-3 years Experience in industrial factories Procurement.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and pricing
Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail in managing procurement activities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Knowledge of procurement processes and industry best practices
Deal with foreign and local purchases
Excellent commend in English
Any European language is a plus
Committed with high communication and negotiation skills
Degree in #Engineering or related field is preferred
