Responsibilities and Duties:

• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
• Set the mobilization plan of the project based on the project requirements.
• Prepare RFI and send it to the project consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts.
• Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the general procurement plan.
• Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan to determine the site needs for the upcoming month.
• Issue the budget variation request to obtain its approval from the consultant.
• Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.
• Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
• Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the contracts team.
• Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices and send them to the concerned departments in the headquarters.
• Investigate technical problems in the site and select the most appropriate solution according to the cost and time.
• Provide the Technical Office Engineers with the needed support and guidance to carry out their responsibilities.
• Assist in preparation of method of statement with Construction and after-sales teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical #Engineering.
• HVAC & VRV & VRF systems Knowledge.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• High communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good organization, presentation skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities under pressure.
• Experience in using (AutoCAD) & Microsoft Office programs.
• Good English is an asset.
• From 3 – 6 years of relevant experience.
