We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineers to join our team.
Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lighting Design: Create lighting designs for projects, tenders, factories, companies, and clubs according to customer requirements.
Product Specifications: Explain the specifications and components of lighting fixtures to customers, new employees, and other stakeholders.
Technical Studies: Conduct technical studies for tenders and projects, providing detailed reports and analysis.
Documentation: Prepare and continuously update data sheets and other documentation for the company’s products, reflecting any changes or updates.
Product Development: Research and propose potential product developments to the General Manager and Executive Director, supported by comprehensive technical studies.
Installation Guidance: Provide detailed data and drawings for the installation and operation of the company’s products.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to review and verify product specifications.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough technical studies and prepare samples for new products required in the market or requested by management.
Project Evaluation: Assess tenders, projects, and required products, determining the feasibility of supplying them through the company’s existing product range or by developing new or modified products.
Requirements:

For Experienced Candidates:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical #Engineering, Mechanical #Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role within the lighting industry.
Skills: Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, Relux), AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of lighting technologies, standards, and regulations.
For Entry-Level Candidates:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical #Engineering.
Experience: Relevant internships or project experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills: Familiarity with lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, Relux), AutoCAD, and basic understanding of lighting principles. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
