We are recruit for one of our client a startup interior design located in New Cairo – Egypt.
Position: Construction Project Manager (Fit-outs)
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in #عمارة/ fine arts.
• A minimum of 10 years in (Fit-outs)
• Residential and commercial experience background
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEP
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects
Job Description
• Supervise/Overview multiple fit-out projects.
• Planning and monitoring several projects.
• Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
• Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
• Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
• Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
• Responsible for the procurement plan.
• Responsible for site daily operations.
• Performs weekly & monthly reports.
• Provide architectural solutions.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project
• Managing site to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
• Quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
• Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
