Chief Technical Officer
Cove Architecture is looking for a Chief technical Officer from the architectural field with a Hospitality background for a portfolio of hospitality projects with top notch operators .

• The CTO will be leading a wide team from different disciplines through different design stages from concept to IFC.
Responsibilities
• Manage the relationship with the Operator and the sub consultants
• Supervise the developments of the drawings, specifications, Construction documents up to international standards .
• Lead the coordination with different disciplines
• Establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally follow up and manage the Clients expectations and needs
Qualifications
• B.Sc. Degree in Architecture
#Engineering• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the detailed design and construction documents.
• Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations;
• Sound knowledge of Revit , AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp.
• Visualization skills is a Plus
• Hospitality experience
• Familiar with international standards and building codes ( NFPA, IBC, ADA,…., etc.)
• Good command written and spoken English
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
Work location: Sheikh Zayed City
