عاجل.. الإسكان: مهلة عام دون مقابل لاستكمال التنفيذ بجميع قطع الأراضي السكنية الصغيرة المُستلمة
الجمعة، ٢٣ فبراير / شباط ٢٠٢٤ وافق مجلس إدارة هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، فى اجتماعه برئاسة الدكتور عاصم الجزار، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، على منح مهلة لمدة عام دون مقابل، تضاف للمدة الأصلية والمضافة، لاستكمال التنفيذ بجميع قطع الأراضي السكنية الصغيرة (ما عدا أراضي ابنى بيتك)، شاملة أراضي مشروع بيت الوطن، وذلك للأراضي التي تم استلامها، وما زالت مدة تنفيذها سارية حتى تاريخه، فى إطار تيسير الهيئة على المواطنين، ونظرًا للتحديات الاقتصادية المحلية والعالمية. وأشار وزير الإسكان، إلى أنه يتم السماح خلال المهلة الممنوحة باستخراج التراخيص، على أن يطبق ذلك على الأراضي الساري تخصيصها، وبالشروط التالية: سداد جميع الأقساط المستحقة من قيمة قطعة الأرض بالأعباء المالية من تاريخ الاستحقاق وحتى تاريخ السداد قبل منح المهلة، وعدم وجود مخالفات بنائية على قطعة الأرض، والتنازل عن أي دعاوى قضائية مرفوعة ضد الهيئة أو الأجهزة بذات الشأن إن وجدت، وبمجرد انتهاء هذه المهلة يتم تطبيق قرارات مجلس إداره الهيئة ذات الصلة.
