“Housing”: Completion of the public lot for 505 residential plots offered by 16413 citizens under the “Housing” program

Dr. Waleed Abbas, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Board for Planning and Projects Sector – Supervisor of the Minister of Housing, announced the completion of the manual public lot for the allocation of small residential plots in total 505 plots of diverse plots among more distinctive, distinguished, and average housing, within the “Housing” program, which is offered to them 16513 citizens, the previous one introduced 15 new cities.

Dr. Walid Abbas added that the high turnout for the reservation of land plots reflects the success of the “Housing” program in meeting the wishes of citizens to build their own homes, according to specific conditions, and their confidence in the proposals of the Ministry of Housing.

Dr. Waleed Abbas pointed out that the proposal comes in the light of the approval of the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority, on the permanent availability of small residential plots at all levels, for immediate reservation through the website dedicated to reservation https://reserve.newcities.gov.eg with the aim of providing plots of land to citizens who wish to build their own homes, permanently and easily, and without Any precedence either (to access the site, to transfer the seriousness of the reservation, or to reserve the plot), and to eliminate the phenomenon of land brokerage.

In this context, Engineer Amin Ghaneem, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Commission for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, clarified that in regards to the most distinguished plots of land, the public lot was conducted on 38 plots of land offered by 361 clients, they paid in US dollars according to the terms of offering in cities (Al-Passage – New Cairo – The new Mansoura ).

Dr. Hassan Al-Shorabji, Assistant Vice President of the Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, added that for the special plots, the public lot was carried out for 155 plots of land offered by 743 forwarders with the highest payment rate of 100%, according to the conditions of the proposal in the cities of Al-Shorouk – Al-Salahia Jida – Fayoum Jida – Burj Al-Arab Jida – The new Suif building – October Gardens

Al-Shorabji pointed out that in relation to the middle land axis, the public lot was carried out on 312 plots of land between 8499 advanced with the highest 100% payment percentage, in the cities of Aswan New – Akhimim New – Burj Al Arab New – Taiba New – West Qana New – West Assiut New – Sadat.

It should be pointed out that the public lot was carried out on small residential plots with axes (most distinctive – outstanding – medium), which was previously posted on the website of the authority during the period from 22/8/2020: 21/10/2020, in the cities of “New Cairo – New Mansoura – Alabur – Al-Shorouk – New Salahia – Fayoum New – Bani Suef New – October Gardens – New Burj Al Arab – New Akhimim New – New Nasser “West Asia” – New Taiba – New Aswan – West Qana – Sadat.
