The New Qana City Development Device, in the main hall of the agency’s headquarters, carried out the works of the supplementary manual auction for the citizens who applied for the reservation of 75 residential units in the Egypt Housing Project in West Qana.

Engineer Ayman Rashad, the head of the New Qana City Development Unit – the supervisor of West Qana City, clarified that the area of the units on which the supplementary lottery was carried out ranged from (106m2: 118m2), in the framework of the Egyptian state’s policy towards providing suitable housing for all sections of Egyptians, where the proposal was previously announced Residential units in Egypt Housing Project in West Qana, within the permanent availability of vacant units in a number of new cities.

Engineer Ayman Rashad pointed out that the concerned authorities have been coordinated to take the necessary measures to prepare and secure the public lottery. A delegation from the New Urban Communities Organization, and officials of the competent authorities attended the lottery ceremony, and the following steps were taken to conduct the public lottery process.

Following the completion of the lottery procedures, the head of the unit congratulates the citizens who won the public lottery for the units, wishing them a successful stay in the new urban complex “West Qana”.

Engineer Ayman Rashad, may have checked the implementation rates of the Presidential Initiative units “Housing for all Egyptians” with an area of 90 meters per unit, the 3-room and a hall model in the New Qana City, stating that 23 residential buildings with 552 residential units are being implemented with an 88% implementation rate, as well as 5 residential buildings with 180 residential units in an area 75 meters per unit, 2 model room and hall with 65% implementation rate.

The head of the new Qena apparatus stressed the executives of implementing companies to increase the number of employees in the project, implementation rates and observance of standard specifications.
