Position:Front Office Core Engineer
For Egyptians Only
🔸Qualifications:
– B.Sc. in Electrical #Engineering (Electronics & Communication)
– Knowledge of Mobile Network (2G/3G/LTE)
– Experience with MSC, MGW, STP, HLR, CUDB
– Knowledge of vIMS & VAS nodes
– 1 year in telecom (Core CS)
– CCNA is a plus
– Excellent computer skills
– Good communication skills
– Very good command of English
– Ability to work under pressure
🔸Job Duties:
– Monitor and troubleshoot Core Network nodes (CS/IMS/VAS)
– Handle Core CS change requests
– Perform regular network health checks
– Manage and update trouble tickets
– Handle customer requests and complaints
– Work in rotating shifts
