A Quantity Surveyor (QS) is needed for a Qatari company based in AL Mohandessen, Egypt for an On-site and full-time role with a competitive salary of $450-$550/month!!
Responsibilities:
-Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantity.
-Price/forecast the cost of the difference materials needed for the project.
– Assist in establishing a requirement and undertaking a feasibility study.
– Advice on procurement strategy.
– Select and/or source construction materials.
-Analyze costs for tenders.
– Time estimation for each project using Primavera.
-Measurement and valuation of variations.
– Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
Job Requirements:
– Skilled in Microsoft Office – Autocad – ODOO-…
– Fluent in English.
-Bachelor’s degree in
#مدني engineering or a relevant degree.
-Must have a proven experience of 5-10 years of experience in the same field or a relevant one preferred in the gulf area.
