Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
– Minimum 25 years’ experience leading to a position of engineering manager on large-scale projects
– Extensive progressive work experience, including supervision, preferably in project and staff design engineering, systems start-up, field engineering, and utilities
– Proficient knowledge of procurement, construction, contracts, and quality assurance
– Proven leadership capability
– Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience in directing multi-discipline engineering teams including architectural, structural, #مدني, mechanical, and electrical on large projects
– Technical knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, applications of engineering methods and materials, and applications of computers and computer-aided engineering to problems
– Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards, engineering procedures, and design criteria in all engineering disciplines.
– Experience in continuous improvement and supporting capacity building/talent development
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Experience working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA)
