Lubemaster is now hiring a new requirement for an experienced “Lubricants Service Engineer” for their office located in Cairo, Egypt with the following criteria:

Job Purpose:

A Lubricants Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and advice to customers in relation to the use of lubrication products with the goal of optimizing their performance and efficiency… The job involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements and recommending appropriate lubrication solutions to meet their needs, and making frequent trips to customers’ sites to make sure all the products are functioning properly.

The key responsibilities:

Providing technical support to customers on the use and application of lubrication products.
Conducting lubrication surveys and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Run and supervision technical services, on site.
Run and supervision performance demonstration for our products on site.
Developing and delivering training programs on lubrication best practices to customers.
Collaborating with sales teams to provide technical advice and support during the sales process.
Conducting field testing and analysis of lubrication products to evaluate their performance.
Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis on lubrication-related issues.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new lubrication technologies.
Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of activities.
Maintains regular Health and Safety Programs.

key qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a n a mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years’ experience experience of technical skills and key customer relationships and experience in a technical lubricant’s environment.
Strong knowledge of lubrication products and applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new lubrication technologies.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Own a car is a must.
