Position Overview: Are you a recent graduate with a passion for engineering and a keen interest in laboratory technology? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are ready to kickstart their careers as Maintenance Engineers. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while working closely with experienced engineers to maintain and calibrate laboratory devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in routine inspections and preventive maintenance of laboratory devices.
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in the calibration and validation of laboratory instruments according to industry standards.
Collaborate with laboratory staff to understand equipment requirements and provide technical support.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration schedules.
Assist in procuring spare parts and coordinating with suppliers for equipment servicing.
Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and contribute ideas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Embrace a learning mindset and actively engage in training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Strong interest in laboratory equipment maintenance and a willingness to learn.
Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to safe work practices.
Experience in same field is a plus
