Job Title:
Architectural Technician Office
#Engineering Experience
3 to 5 years
Location: [New Cairo]
Company: [INEX Contracting]
Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design intent is accurately captured in drawings.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development.
Assist in the coordination of construction documents and permit applications.
Manage and organize project files and documentation.
Utilize office engineering software for tasks such as quantity takeoffs, scheduling, and project management.
Provide technical support to project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture,
#Engineering, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Experience with office engineering tasks such as quantity takeoffs and project scheduling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
